Responsibilities
This is an entry level position in the Security Department. Will be expected to handle Security tickets and perform Level 1 triage. This may include investigating irregular logins, emails and other events. Will regularly perform audits on IT settings and infrastructure, as well as policies and procedures company wide. Will monitor various tools and logs for accuracy and irregularities that may require to act and/or escalate. Will develop and perform phishing campaigns monthly. Providing guidance to amateur computer users when they want to know about security procedures and policies. Gather feedback from end users to continue to improve systems.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to work night shifts as required by department management.
