Minimum 6 Months experience into any voice process ( Should have excellent communication skills )

Role & responsibilities

• Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Under-graduation and Above
• Minimum of 6 months experience in International Voice process.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Willing to work in 24*7 Shifts
• Willing to work from Office
