- Senior Full Stack Developer / Principal Software Engineer
Hiring Role Description in Akrivia HCM :
- As a Senior Full Stack Developer / Principal Software Engineer at Facttwin, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nest JS, Python Django, Python Fast API, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elastic search, Angular, React and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilties of Hiring Role in Akrivia HCM :
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software applications using Nest JS, Python Django, Python Fast API, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elastic search, Angular, React and other technologies as needed.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions, and contribute ideas to improve processes and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions to technical problems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Design server-side architecture
- Develop and manage well-functioning database and applications
- Handling MySQL and NoSQL databases
- Write effective REST APIs.

Skills & Other Experiences Required for Hiring Role in Akrivia HCM :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer (Nest JS, Python Django, Python Fast API, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elastic search, Angular, React)
- Experience in building SAAS & Microservice based products
- Experience in developing REST APIs
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Familiar on IoT projects
